

Umiraliyev Zhandos Zhanibekovich was born on May 9, 1978, in the city of Shymkent.
He has a higher education and graduated from Abai Almaty State University.
He holds the rank of State Counsellor of Justice, 3rd class.
He was awarded the “Eren Enbegi Ushin” medal (2013), the “Aibyn” Order, II degree (2021), and the “Aibyn” Order, I degree named after Sagadat Nurmagambetov (2026).
He is married and has four children.
He began his professional career in 2000 as an Assistant Prosecutor of the Sairam District of the South Kazakhstan Region.
From 2004 to 2005, he held the positions of Prosecutor and Senior Prosecutor at the Prosecutor’s Office of the South Kazakhstan Region.
From 2005 to 2010, he served as Deputy Head of a Department and Head of Departments within the Prosecutor’s Offices of the South Kazakhstan and Aktobe Regions, as well as the Western Regional Transport Prosecutor’s Office.
From 2010 to 2011, he worked as Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor General for Special Assignments and Secretary of the Coordination Council for Ensuring Legality, Law and Order, and Combating Crime.
From 2011 to 2017, he served as Deputy Prosecutor of Almaty.
From 2017 to 2018, he was Deputy Chief of Staff of the Prosecutor General’s Office and Head of the Human Resources Development Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office.
From 2018 to 2022, he headed the Prosecutor’s Office of the West Kazakhstan Region.
From 2022 to 2025, he served as Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On September 29, 2025, by распоряжение (order) of the Head of State, he was appointed First Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
