

Saken Serzhanovich Toleuov was born on May 14, 1978, in the Abai Region.
He graduated from the Kazakh State Law University with a degree in “Law.”
He holds the class rank of Senior Counselor of Justice and was awarded the title “Honorary Worker of the Prosecutor’s Office” (2022).
He has been awarded the medal “For Military Valor” (2020), received a Letter of Appreciation from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2024), and was awarded the Order of “Aibyn,” II degree, named after Bauyrzhan Momyshuly (2026).
He began his service in 2000 in the прокуратура (prosecutor’s office) of the Almaty region. He successively held the positions of assistant and senior assistant prosecutor in the Uyghur, Karasai, and Talgar districts, and later served as Deputy Prosecutor of the Talgar district.
From 2011 to 2017, he worked as Prosecutor of the Ryskulov and Merken districts of the Zhambyl region, as well as Head of a Department of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Zhambyl region.
From 2017 to 2019, he held the positions of Senior Assistant to the Prosecutor of Astana and Senior Assistant to the Chief Transport Prosecutor.
From 2019 to 2020, he worked as Head of the Office of the Prosecutor’s Office of Nur-Sultan.
From 2020 to 2023, he served as Head of the Personnel Support Department of the Human Resources Development Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since April 7, 2023, he has been appointed as Head of the Department for Handling Appeals and Records Management of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
