Kasymov Bauyrzhan Tolegenovich was born on July 31, 1978 in the Karaganda region.
In 2001 he graduated from the Karaganda Institute of Current Education «Bolashak» with a degree in «Law», in 2013 he graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in «Economics».
He started his career with various positions in the Akimat of Karaganda and the Karaganda region.
From 2010 to 2013, he worked in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Karaganda region.
From 2013 to 2019, he worked in the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology in the Karaganda region in various managerial positions.
Since 2019, he has been the head of the Department of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Karaganda region.
