Powerexpo Almaty has firmly established itself as the leading event in the electrical engineering sector in Central Asia and is rightfully considered the largest and most attended event in the energy industry.
The exhibition showcases a comprehensive range of the most advanced equipment, technologies, and services for the electric power sector.
Each year, Powerexpo Almaty brings together international and local energy companies, global manufacturers and suppliers of electrical equipment, technologies, and services, as well as companies providing maintenance services for energy facilities, engineering, and consulting firms.

Powerexpo Almaty welcomes participation from research and educational institutions, installation and design organizations, manufacturers and suppliers of electrical equipment, cable and wiring products, control systems, communication and relay protection systems, automation solutions, diagnostic and measurement tools, and lighting products.
In 2024, the exhibition hosted 186 companies from 12 countries, including Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Russia, Thailand, Turkey, Uzbekistan, and the Czech Republic.
Collective stands were presented by the Republic of Mordovia, MOSPROM, and the Omsk, Volgograd, and Arkhangelsk regions. Additionally, the "UzElectroTechSanoat" Association organized an extensive collective stand of manufacturers from Uzbekistan for the first time.
Visitor engagement also showed significant growth. In 2024, 3,506 industry professionals attended Powerexpo Almaty. The business program featured 36 speakers across 15 specialized sessions.
