Chapter 1. General provisions
This instruction on the payment of one-time compensation in the event of death (death) of a serviceman during his military service or a military subject called up for military training, if he is disabled or if he receives an injury related to the performance of military service (hereinafter - The instruction) is developed in accordance with paragraph 25 of the Rules for the payment of lump-sum compensation in the event of death (death) of a serviceman during his military service or a conscript called to military training, when he is disabled or in the event of injury related to the performance of military service, approved by the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 27, 2013 No. 868 (hereinafter-the rules), and details the procedure for the payment of lump-sum compensation (hereinafter-the Rules). – compensation) to a serviceman, a person liable for military service, or a person entitled to receive it.
The organization of work on payment of compensation is carried out:
1) the center for pension provision of the Ministry of defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter-the Center);
2) local military authorities (hereinafter referred to as the MOU);
3) military units and institutions of the Ministry of defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) financial support Center of the Ministry of defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The documents required to receive compensation are submitted to the MOU at the place of residence.
After completing the documents required for payment of compensation, the MOU sends them to the Center within 10 (ten) business days.
Payment of compensation to a serviceman, a military serviceman, or a person entitled to receive it is made by the financial support Center of the Ministry of defense on the basis of documents submitted by the Center.
