Born on September 27, 1969 in the village of Zhetysu, Taldy-Kurgan region (now Zhetysu region).
He began his service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1991. He worked his way up from the head of the calculation of the radar reconnaissance department of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile division group of military unit 28042 to the commander of the anti-aircraft missile division of military unit 44813.
Subsequently, he held senior positions in the management bodies of the Air Defense Forces of the Air Defense Forces, where he oversaw the operation of weapons, combat training and technical support for anti-aircraft missile forces.
From 2010 to 2022, he served in command and senior positions, including as Chief of staff of a military unit, deputy chief and head of the Military Engineering Institute of Radio Electronics and Communications.
In 2022-2023, he served as the Military attache of the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Tajikistan.
From July 2023 to January 2026, he held the positions of Head of the Educational and Methodological Department, First Deputy Head and Head of the National Defense University of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
On January 6, 2026, by Presidential Decree, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
