He was born on March 4, 1966 in Kaskelen town, Almaty region.

Education

In 1987 – the Alma-Ata Higher Military Command College named after Marshal of the Soviet Union I.A. Konev.

In 1996 – the Military Academy named after M.V. Frunze.

In 2004 - Higher Academic Courses of the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Candidate of Pedagogic Sciences.
