Results of the work of the Appeals Commission
Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the 1st quarter of 2022.
During the 1st quarter of 2022, 4 meetings of the Appeal Commission were held, 37 complaints were considered, the arguments of taxpayers /participants in foreign economic activity were supported and the results of inspections on 14 complaints were canceled, which is 38% of the total number of complaints considered.
56 representatives of taxpayers and foreign trade participants took part in the meetings of the Appeal Commission for the 1st quarter of 2022 and brought their arguments directly to the members of the Appeal Commission.
On the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (www.minfin.gov.kz ) in the section "Activities/Appeals Commission/The practice of considering tax and customs disputes" 688 decisions on tax and customs disputes were posted, including 21 decisions for the 1st quarter of 2022. In addition, 42 decisions on tax and customs disputes have been posted on the Internet resources of the business community "Taxes in Kazakhstan" and "Accounting KZ".
