Results of the Appeal Commission’s work
Of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the 9 months of 2021.
For the 9 months of 2021, 28 meetings of the Appeal Commission were held, 352 complaints were considered, the arguments of taxpayers/participants of foreign economic activity were supported and the results of inspections on 93 complaints were canceled, which is 26% of the total number of complaints considered.
130 representatives of taxpayers and foreign trade participants took part in the meetings of the Appeal Commission for the 9 months of 2021 and presented their arguments directly to the members of the Appeal Commission.
On the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (www.minfin.gov.kz) in the section "Activity/Appeal Commission/Practice of consideration of tax and customs disputes " 621 decisions on tax and customs disputes were posted, including 122 decisions for the 9 months of 2021. In addition, 257 decisions on tax and customs disputes have been posted on the Internet resources of the business community "Taxes in Kazakhstan" and "Accounting KZ".
