Nazira Nurbayeva was born in 1975 in Almaty.
She graduated from the Kazakh Abylai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages, Kazakh State Academy of Management, Said Business School of Oxford University.
In 1998, she worked as a Consultant at the Kazakhstan branch of the audit company "Price Waterhouse".
In 2003-2004, she worked as Senior Tax Advisor at LUKOIL Overseas Services.
In 2004-2020, she worked Senior Manager, Director in the auditing company "PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax & Advisory ".
In 2020-2021, she worked as Partner in the audit company "Deloitte TCF".
In 2021-2023 – Managing Director for Economics and Finance of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna".
Since August 2023 she serves as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She speaks English.
