Issuance of documents and visas: between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.
The Consular Section is remains closed on Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, as well as on public holidays (state and national holidays) of Kazakhstan.

However, Japanese citizens are exempted from the fees mentioned above.
