WORK (C3)
You can apply for "C3" category Working visa (single entry until 90 days, in some cases until 1 year / multiple enrty until 3 years; for Astana International Financial Centre workers until 5 years) if you are:
- Foreigner visiting Kazakhstan with a purpose of work, including their family members.
WORK (C4)
You can apply for "C4" category Working visa (single entry until 90 days / multiple enrty until 3 years) if you are:
- adult foreigner visiting Kazakhstan with a purpose of self employment on professions which are in-demand in economic sector of economy of Kazakhstan.
WORK - Business-Immigrant (C5)
You can apply for "C5" category Working (Business Immigrant) visa (single entry until 90 days / multiple enrty until 2 years; in some cases until 3 years) if you are adult visiting Kazakhstan with a purpose of entrepreneurial activity.
WORK - Foreign seasonal workers (C6)
You can apply for "C6" category Working visa (single entry until 90 days / multiple enrty until 1 year *) if you are foreign seasonal worker.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
- For "C3" and "C6" category Working visas - Visa Support from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan;
- For "C4" category Single entry Working visa - Letter of request and Statement of eligibility to work; for "C4" category Multiple entry Working visa applicant should visit Minnistry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan and submit - Letter of request, Statement of eligibility to work and Employment Contract.
- For "C5" category Single entry Working (Business Immigrant) visa - Letter of request, Medical Statement that confirms eligibility to work, Medical Insurance, Disclosure and Barring Service (CRB) checks, Statement of eligibility to entrepreneurial business; for "C5" category Multiple entry Working (Business Immigrant) visa applicant should visit Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan and submit - Letter of request of employer or inviting organization approved by the Ministry for Invetsments and Development of Kazakhstan.
- Fillable Visa Application Form (to get the service online) must be completed properly in block letters, otherwise it won't be accepted - one recent, colour passport sized picture of the applicant which should be attached to the marked space in the upper right-hand corner of the application form (size: 3.5cm x 4.5cm, Full face, No smiling, Sunglasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, should be removed, unless religious belief or ethnic background. Background: White or Grey).
- Passport (with at least two blank pages; it should be valid for at least three months longer than the validity of the requested visa).
- Visa Fees (payment methods):
- Single Entry - 80 USD.
- Multiple Entry - 200 USD.
- Multiple Entry up to 2 years - 400 USD.
- Multiple Entry up to 3 years - 600 USD.
