For execution of the documents associated with invitation and visa issue, including restoration and extension of its validity period, the consular fee or the state duty shall be charged according to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan On taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget dated December 25, 2017" (hereinafter – the Tax Code) unless otherwise established by international treaties in which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a party.
The consular fee or the state duty execution of the documents associated with invitation and visa issue shall not be charged in the cases provided for by the Tax Code.
Visa processing shall be effected after payment of consular fees or the state duty according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The paid amounts of consular fees are non-refundable.
