LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Notarization of the translation of documents from one language into another

1. Cover Letter;

2. Original and copy of the applicant's passport;

3. Original and copy of the document to be translated;

4. Translated text in electronic format - must be sent in advance to consul.ottawa@mfa.kz;

5. Consular fee - Money Order for 40 US dollars (for each document) payable to the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Canada

Notarization of the true copy of documents

1. Cover Letter;

2. Original and copy of the applicant's passport;

3. Original and copy of the document to be certified;

4. Translated text in electronic format - must be sent in advance to consul.ottawa@mfa.kz;

5. Consular fee - Money Order for 30 US dollars (for each document) payable to the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Canada
