Former citizen of Kazakhstan;
Born in Kazakhstan or Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic (can apply for 1/2/3 years visa)
Adoptive parent traveling to Kazakhstan along with their adopted children;
Foreign spouse and child of ethnic Kazakhs.
Verbal Note or Visa Support from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan. Letter of request letter of request applicable only for persons mentioned above except "Person traveling to Kazakhstan with private purposes".
Passport (with at least two blank pages; it should be valid for at least three months longer than the validity of the requested visa).
One recent, colour passport sized (3.5cm x 4.5cm) picture of the applicant which should be attached to the marked space in the upper right-hand corner of the application form.

The Private B10 visa process takes about 5 business days from the moment the Consular Section receives the documents. Private B10 visa applications must be submitted in-person or using a third party accredited agencies. Applications are not accepted by mail.
