Family Reunification (C2)

Who can apply:

• a family member of Kazakhstan citizen, ethnic Kazakhs or former Kazakhstan citizens, permanently residing in Kazakhstan or of the person who obtained a permanent residence permit in Kazakhstan (not less than for 2 years), of the foreigners or stateless persons, permanently residing in Kazakhstan, and business-immigrants.

Required documents:

1. Letter of request;
2. Filled Visa Application form; 
3. Notarized copy of the Identity Documents of the inviting person;
4. Financial Statement that confirms the ability to cover expenses for each family member, not less than the minimum salary in Kazakhstan;
5. Notarized copy of the Confirmation of residential space sufficient for each family member of the inviting person;
6. Certificate of non-conviction; 
7. Notarized copy of the Permanent residence permit in Kazakhstan of the inviting person;
8. One photo (size: 3.5cm x 4.5cm, background: white/grey).
9. Passport;
10. Medical insurance;
11. A document confirming family relations with the host person, issued by authorized bodies.

Visa Fees (Bank details):

• Single Entry – 80 USD;
• Multiple Entry – 200 USD.
