Welcome to the official website of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine. The website aims to make the public aware of the activities of the diplomatic mission of Kazakhstan to Ukraine.
On July 22, 1992, diplomatic relations were established between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Ukraine. And in December 1994, the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Ukraine was opened. Since May 5, 2025 Mr. Tolezhan Barlybayev is Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Ukraine.
The key to the dynamic development of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Ukraine is an extensive legal framework, which encompasses about 100 documents. The pivotal one is the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation of January 20, 1994. International treaties cover a wide range of issues, including economy, security, humanitarian problems, education and others.
