However, you can apply for an electronic visa without visiting the Consulate General (link).

Please do not buy air tickets until you haven't issued a visa to Kazakhstan.

Visa validity period (link)

The basic documents required to obtain a business and tourist visa (B1, B2, B3, B12):
1. Invitation letter from Kazakhstan (issued only through the departments of the Migration police in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In turn, to apply for it, you need to contact any travel agency in the UAE.)
2. The original and a copy of the passport (must have at least 2 blank pages intended for visas and its validity period must expire no earlier than 3 months from the expiration date of the requested visa)
3. A copy of the UAE Resident visa
4. 1 photo size 3*5 by 4*5
5. Visa application form (download)
6. Request letter (download)

Permanent Residence visa requirements (B-8 visa)

1. The original passport and its copy (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa; at least 2 blank pages in the passport);
2. A copy of the UAE resident visa;
3. Completed application form (download) for a visa and 1 photo size 3*5 by 4*5;
4. Official letter of request from the applicant (download);
5. A copy of the passport of a direct relative (spouse/ couple, parents, children) of a citizen of Kazakhstan;
6. A notarized copy of the document confirming the relationship (birth/marriage certificate; note: If the document is foreign, then you must provide a legalized or apostilled document with a translation into the state or Russian language);
7. Consular fee

Requirements for a private visa for family members of a KZ citizen (B-10 visa)

1. The original passport and its copy (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa; at least 2 blank pages in the passport);
2. A copy of the UAE resident visa;
3. Completed application form (download) for a visa (In the application form, please provide the exact address of your residence in Kazakhstan and the corresponding registration number (РКА) indicated on our website (link)) and 1 photo size 3*5 by 4*5;
4. Official letter of request from the applicant (download);
5. A copy of the passport of a direct relative (spouse/couple, parents, children) of a citizen of Kazakhstan;
6. A notarized copy of the document confirming the relationship (birth/marriage certificate;
note: If the document is foreign, then you must provide a legalized or apostilled document with a translation into the state or Russian language);
7. An official letter of request from a direct relative (spouse/couple, parents and children) of a citizen of Kazakhstan) (download); or Invitation letter from Kazakhstan (issued only through the departments of the Migration police in the Republic of Kazakhstan. 8. Consular fee.

Consul can issue only 1 entry visa for 90 days!

Requirements for a NeoNomad visa (B12-1)

1. The original passport and its copy (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa; at least 2 blank pages in the passport);
2. A copy of the UAE resident visa;
3. Completed application form (download) for a visa and 1 photo size 3*5 by 4*5;
4. Official letter of request from the applicant (download);
5. A copy of the passport of a direct relative (spouse/ couple, parents, children) of a citizen of Kazakhstan;
6.Bank statement from the past six months, confirming a stable monthly income of at least $3,000; Tax return issued by the competent authority of the applicant’s country of citizenship; Criminal record certificate issued by the authorized body of the applicant’s country of citizenship or permanent residence; Medical insurance covering the entire validity period of the visa;
7. Consular fee

Requirements for a work visa (C-3)

1. The original passport and its copy (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa; at least 2 blank pages in the passport);
2. A copy of the UAE resident visa;
3. Completed application form (download) for a visa and 1 photo size 3*5 by 4*5;
4. Official letter of request from the applicant (download);
5. Invitation letter approved by the Migration Service of Kazakhstan;
6. Work permit (a permit issued to an employer to attract foreign labor or documents confirming that, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or international treaties to which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a party, a visa recipient does not need a work permit or to attract foreign labor)
6. Consular fee.

Business Immigrant Visa Requirements (C-5)

1.The original passport and its copy (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa; at least 2 blank pages in the passport);
2. A copy of the UAE resident visa;
3. A completed application form (download) for a visa and 1 photo size 3*5 by 4*5;
4. Official letter of request from the applicant (download);
5. Invitation letter approved by the Migration Service of Kazakhstan;
6. Medical insurance;
7. A document confirming the presence or absence of a criminal record issued by the authorized body of the country of citizenship or permanent residence (NOTE: If the document is foreign, then you must provide a legalized or apostilled document with a translation into the state or Russian language);
8. Consular fee.

The requirement for a study visa (C-9)

1. The original passport and its copy (valid for at least 3 months from the date of expiry of the visa; at least 2 blank pages in the passport);
2. A copy of the UAE resident visa;
3. Completed application form (download) for a visa and 1 photo size 3*5 by 4*5;
4. Official letter of request from the applicant (download);
5. Invitation letter approved by the Migration Service of Kazakhstan;
6. For minor visa recipients with the notarized written consent of legal representatives (NOTE: If the document is foreign, then you must provide a legalized or apostilled document with a translation into the state or Russian language);
6. Consular fee.

Payment of the consular fee

Single–entry visa - 296 dirhams UAE ($80), tourist visa - 222 dirhams ($60)
Multiple–entry visa - 740 dirhams UAE ($200), tourist visa - 333 dirhams ($90)

We kindly request you to pay the consular fee only after receiving the service. Please do not make any advance payments.
(Consular fees can be done in the payment terminal of Consulate General. Fees can be done by bank card or cash payments without change )
