Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Turkey

Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Turkey were established on March 2, 1992. The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Turkey was opened in October 1992. Mr. Yerkebulan Sapiyev is the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Turkey from March 15, 2022.

The embassy operates within the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and represents the interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Turkey.

The main tasks of the embassy:

- Protection of the rights and interests of citizens and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Turkey and provision of consular services;

- Ensuring the development of cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Turkey, establishing contacts and developing relations with Turkish partners of state bodies, public organizations and representatives of business groups of Kazakhstan, etc.
