This year Kazakhstan celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 30 years ago, the people of our country made their historic choice, confirming their commitment to the reforms they had begun and their desire to further improve society.

I sincerely congratulate you on the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Basic Law is a solid foundation of our statehood, a reliable guarantor of the progressive and sustainable development of the country.

Respect and strict observance of the Basic Law is a vivid manifestation of high civic responsibility and genuine patriotism.

Defining the foundations of the life of the state and society, the Constitution puts the interests, rights and freedoms of citizens at the forefront. That is why the goal of all the transformations carried out in Kazakhstan is the well-being of the people.

It is encouraging to see how our neighborhood is being transformed. Much has been done, especially over the past five years, to create favorable living conditions for citizens. May there be many more bright hopes and plans for the development of the district ahead.

On this festive day, I wish you all happiness, peace, kindness and prosperity, achievements in work and new achievements for the benefit of independent Kazakhstan! May well-being and confidence in the future reign in every family, and the pursuit of new achievements will lead us to great success!
