On the implementation of the Housing Mortgage Refinancing / Housing Loans Refinancing Program in Kyzylorda region

In accordance with the protocol order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, K.K. Masimov from 05/18/2015 No. 20-27 / 1728 in Kyzylorda region in 2015, under the Akimat of the region, a Commission has been established to consider complaints from borrowers regarding refusals to refinance a mortgage housing loan or mortgage loan. This commission continues its work in the current year.
The Commission considers applications, guided by the terms of the "Program for the refinancing of mortgage housing loans / mortgage loans", approved by resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2015 No. 69.
The Program, as well as amendments and additions to the Program can be found on the website of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Clarifications and consultations on the Program can be obtained at second-tier banks at the place of execution of the loan agreement, at the Public Reception Office of Regional Representatives in the city of Kyzylorda of the "Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Development of the Financial Market" at the address: Kyzylorda, Bekzatkhan Askar street, 30 and by phone: 55-15-25 (int. 3127).
