Bakirov E. A. was born in 1984, graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University and Bolashak University with a degree in a lawyer, economist.

Карьера

From 2004 to 2005 he worked as a lawyer at "Raim" LLP,
From 2005 to 2006 he worked as a lead specialist in the Department for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of Kyzylorda Region,
From 2006 to 2016 as a lead specialist, chief inspector of state and legal unit, head of personnel unit of mayor office of Kyzylorda region.
From 2016 to 2020, he worked as deputy head of mobilization training division of Kyzylorda region,
From June 2020 to September 2021, deputy akim of Zhalagash district.
From September 9, 2021 to present Deputy Chief of Staff of akim of Kyzylorda region.
