The Department of Internal State Audit held a meeting with representatives of the education departments of Kostanay district and the city of Kostanay

The Department of Internal State Audit (DISA) for Kostanay region held a working meeting with the heads and specialists of the education departments of Kostanay district and the city of Kostanay.

The main topic of the meeting was the issue of online monitoring of budget fund execution, as well as violations identified during inspections of educational organizations.

Representatives of the Department reported on the results of the analysis conducted using the online budget monitoring system.

Specific examples of violations committed in a number of educational institutions were presented to the meeting participants. DISA specialists emphasized the need to strengthen internal control, ensure transparency in financial management, and comply with budget legislation.

The meeting also discussed ways to eliminate the identified violations and measures to prevent their recurrence in the future. Heads of education departments were instructed to carry out the necessary work in their subordinate organizations and promptly submit reports on the elimination of deficiencies.

The Department of Internal State Audit stressed that issues of rational and lawful use of budget funds remain a priority, and that such meetings will be held regularly.
