The use of the “Online Budget Monitoring” module was discussed in Ayyrtau district of North Kazakhstan region

A seminar-meeting was held in Ayyrtau district under the chairmanship of Deputy Heads of the Department of Internal State Audit for North Kazakhstan region, K.K. Doszhanov and T.Zh. Umarov, with the participation of budget organizations to discuss the use of the “Online Budget Monitoring” module and its development prospects.

The module has been implemented since November 1, 2024, and is integrated with the “Treasury-Client” information system, the Ministry of Education, as well as with the HR databases e-Kyzmet and Enbek. This integration allows for real-time monitoring and analysis of salary payments.

Monitoring revealed instances of excessive transfers of budget funds to individuals’ bank cards under the guise of wage payments (salaries, vacation pay, bonuses, etc.).

The seminar was attended by heads of district departments, akims of rural districts, accountants, and public procurement specialists.
