Meeting of the Ethics Council of Kostanay region

Beket Kulbaev, Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for the Kostanay Region, was appointed to the Ethics Council by order of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and took part in the Council meeting, where he discussed the current issues on the agenda.

During the meeting, the Council emphasized the necessity of strict compliance with legal requirements when applying disciplinary measures to civil servants. The decision made has been forwarded to the heads of the respective state bodies for implementation.

The main goal of the Council’s work is to ensure adherence to ethical standards, strengthen citizens' trust in the civil service, and establish unified approaches to matters of disciplinary responsibility.
