Seminar within the framework of the new Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement"

A seminar was held in the Shymkent City Court with the participation of representatives of state institutions on issues arising under the new Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement." The seminar was attended by Deputy Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for Shymkent B. Kuralbayev and Head of the Office Control Department E. Seidullayev who made reports.

The report noted that the new Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement" provides for the optimization of procurement procedures, improving the quality of purchased goods, works and services, increasing the responsibility of participants in public procurement, and developing competition.

Representatives of the Internal State Audit Department in Shymkent gave comprehensive answers to all questions that arose.
