Gulnara Berniyazova, Deputy Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for the Mangistau Region, was interviewed on the local Zholbayan radio wave.

In accordance with the "Roadmap for the promotion of professional and personal qualities of civil servants in accordance with the ideals of "Adal Azamat" for 2025-2027," approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the topic "Subtleties of public service" was touched upon.

During the conversation, the image of the civil servant, meritocracy and the good aspects of the civil service were discussed. In addition, she noted the need for strict compliance with the requirements, ethical standards imposed on a civil servant, and gave advice to the younger generation wishing to enter the civil service.
