Innovations in the legislation "On public procurement"

The Department of Internal State Audit in Pavlodar region held a round table on the topic: "Innovations in the legislation "On public procurement," with the participation of representatives of the Organizers of public procurement of local executive bodies of Pavlodar region.

So, during the round table, key aspects were highlighted, such as appealing the results of the public procurement tender, administrative responsibility during the refusal to purchase procedure, qualification requirements presented to potential suppliers.

As a result of the event, a number of explanations were given to the organizers of public procurement.

This event was aimed at ensuring that the organizers of public procurement did not allow violations in the application of the law "On public procurement."
