In the Department of Social Development of the West Kazakhstan region, a seminar was organized with the aim of improving the qualifications of employees working under the state social order.
The seminar was attended by heads and employees of the internal policy departments of the city of Uralsk and districts.
The speaker was the head of the office control department of the Department of Internal State Audit of the West Kazakhstan region Asylbek Arystanov, who presented the report and explained the changes and additions made to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Procurement."
He stressed that the law is aimed at optimizing procurement procedures, improving the quality of purchased goods, works and services, strengthening the responsibility of public procurement participants and developing competition.
The seminar participants discussed this topic, asked questions, to which the speaker gave comprehensive answers.
