The meeting was attended by representatives of RPP Atameken, finance department of Mangistau region and entrepreneurs.

So, if earlier the notification or sending a request was considered within 5 working days, now it must be considered within 2 working days. Similarly, the timing of consideration of several items has been reduced.

In addition, there are new restrictions on participation in public procurement. It was further discussed that if the entrepreneur has a court decision that has entered into force on overdue and unfulfilled contractual obligations, participation in public procurement is prohibited if the head or founder of the contracting institution commits a corruption crime.
