UNZILA SHAPAK PARTICIPATED IN THE PLENARY SESSION OF THE SUPREME COURT

On May 26, 2022, a member of the Constitutional Council Unzila Shapak took part in the plenary session of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the meeting, the draft normative resolution of the Supreme Court "On the application of legislation by the courts when considering cases on contesting the executive inscription" was considered.

The meeting was attended by judges of the Supreme Court and representatives of central government bodies.
