Job responsibilities:
Organizes the implementation of laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and other acts of higher government bodies in the region, and interacts with the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on matters related to the functioning of the region's national economic complex. Organizes and oversees the implementation of the Kazakhstan-2030 and Kazakhstan-2050 strategies. Implements human resources policy. Takes measures to combat corruption.
Ensures the implementation of state policy and is responsible for the socio-economic development of the region.

Deputy Akims of the region, city and district akimats, and akims.
Supervises:
The Internal Audit Service of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of Kostanay Region."

the regional Akimat,
the interdepartmental commission for crime prevention under the regional Akimat,
the regional crisis response headquarters of Kostanay Oblast,
