He began his career in October 1993 as a sports instructor and methodologist at the Children's and Youth Sports School (hereinafter referred to as the DYuSSh) under the State Institution "Arkalyk City Committee of Physical Culture and Sports".
From August 1998 to November 2000, he worked as a sambo wrestling coach in the Youth Sports School under the State Institution "Arkalyk City Committee of Physical Culture and Sports".
From November 2000 to January 2001-Managerof Khamza LLPin Astana.
From May to November, 2002-the trainer on wrestling of dzyu-do of the Karabalyksky DYuSSh.
From January 2003 to August 2005, he worked as a coach-teacher, and then as the directorof the Dostyk sports club of» the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Z. A. Abramovich.Aldamzhara.
From September 2005 to December 2009, he held positions from the Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports to the vice-rector for Extracurricular and Educational Work of the Kostanay Social and Technical University named after Z. A. Abramovich.Aldamzhara.
From January to August 2010, he held the position of Head of the State Institution "Department of Physical Culture and Sports акиматаof Kostanay city Akimat".
From August 2010 to February 2012-Deputy Akim of Kostanay city.
From March to May 2012 – Deputy Director for Scientific and methodological Work of Kostanay Industrial and Pedagogical College.
From May 2012 to July 2013, he worked as a methodologist in the Department of Technical and Vocational Education, and then as a deputy head of the State Institution "Department of Education of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
From July 2013 to November 2014, he held the position of Deputy Akim of Lisakovsk.
From December 2014 to July 2016-Chairman of the public association "Socium &I" in Kostanay.
From July 2016 to June 2018, he held the position of Director ofKostanay Agricultural College and thenKostanay Industrial and Pedagogical College.
From June to September 2018-Head of the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
From September 2018 to June 2021-Head of the State Institution "Department for Youth Policy of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
From June 2021 to January 2022-Head of the State Institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
From January 2022 to May 15, 2024, he held the position of Head of the Public Development Department of акимата the Kostanay Region Akimat.
On May 16, 2024, he was appointed Akim of Uzunkol district of Kostanay region.
