Throughout his life, being in various life situations, every citizen is faced with the need to receive public services: you need to register a marriage, the birth of a child, attach to a clinic, open a business, etc. There are 740 such services in the state register of the Republic of Kazakhstan today. 71.9% of them are fully automated and are provided on a one-stop basis.
Kazakhstanis can receive government services both online, through the egov.kz e-services portal, MGov mobile application and Telegram-bot, and offline, by contacting one of the 329 front offices of the Government for Citizens state corporation.
Automation and optimization of public services is one of the main directions of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan". As part of this direction, to improve the quality of the provision of public services, it is planned to integrate all processes and systems of state bodies, and to exclude paper documents and certificates. To date, a special plan for the integration of the systems of ministries and departments has already been developed and is being implemented, thanks to which automatic data exchange between various departmental systems will be established.
The project "Smart Bridge" is designed to speed up the process of mutual integration. Its goal is to create a single platform for all information systems and databases of government agencies, as well as to simplify all integration procedures.
All government service providers are involved in the automation and optimization of public services. The coordinator of this process is the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry.
