Monument of architecture nach. XX century. Creates an ensemble with a single-story red brick building standing next to it. The buildings are built in the traditional eclectic style of the early twentieth century with elements of Art Nouveau.
During the Great Patriotic War, the military hospital No. 3597 was located in the building of the V. I. Lenin Hospital (as it was called since 1924). Leninskaya Hospital served as a city and regional hospital until 1958. Currently, the building houses various public organizations.
