Monument of architecture of the beginning. XX century. The building was built in 1908 in the tradition of stone architecture.
The building was used as a residential house of the merchant Dauletkaliev. During the Soviet era , it was used as an administrative building. Since the mid-1990s, the building has been leased by Kunai LLP as an office.
There is a late addition to the south-eastern wall.
