Location: Kostanay, on the territory of the railway station
The historical monument testifies to the development of virgin and fallow lands.
On February 28, 1954, at 10: 50 a.m., the first echelon of Komsomol members and young people arrived at the Kustanai station. Ukraine for the development of virgin and fallow lands.
On November 27, 1979, the Kustanai city Executive Committee decided "to install a steam locomotive on the forecourt that delivered pervotselinnikov to Kustanai". On February 23, 1980, the locomotive was installed on the railway station square of Kostanay as a symbol of the Kostanay raised virgin land.
