Republican state institution "Department of the State Labor Inspection Committee of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region" carries out state control over compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, requirements for labor safety and protection;

monitors collective agreements submitted by employers;

analyzes the causes of occupational injuries, occupational diseases, and occupational poisoning and develops proposals for their prevention;

investigates industrial accidents in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

checks the knowledge of managers and persons responsible for ensuring the safety and health of employers;

involved in the composition of the acceptance Commission on the acceptance into operation of industrial facilities;

interacts with authorized representatives of employees and employers on issues of improving safety and labor protection standards;

considers appeals of employees, employers and their representatives on safety and labor protection issues;

monitors the certification of production facilities for working conditions;

develops and approves audit schedules in accordance with the Business code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

submit periodic reports and monitoring results to the authorized state labor body safety and labor protection based on the information system on labor protection and safety;

provides necessary information on labor relations to the authorized state labor body;

monitors collective labor disputes in the form established by the authorized state labor body;

performs Declaration of the employer's activity.
