The state institution "health Department of the Kostanay region akimat" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides guidance in the field of health care.
Carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution, legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
