Graduated from the F.E. Dzerzhinsky Higher Border Command School of the USSR Committee for State Security in 1987;

Completed the Higher Courses of the USSR Committee for State Security in 1990;

Obtained a Master’s degree from the Military Academy of the Republic of Belarus in 2018.

Awarded the Order of Aibyn (Second Class), the Order of Courage, as well as departmental medals.

In 2017, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was awarded the military rank of Major General.

Карьера

From 1987 to 2022, served in officer and senior command positions within the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Since May 2022, has served as Deputy Chairman of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Director of the Border Service.
