Bauyrzhan Alisherovich Zhusipov, born on November 27, 1981, is a native of the city of Shymkent.
In 2004, he graduated from the South Kazakhstan State Medical Academy with a degree in General Medicine.
In 2011, he earned a Master’s degree in Public Health from Astana Medical University.
He began his professional career in 2002 as a paramedic at the Emergency Medical Services Station in Shymkent.
From 2007 to 2010, he worked as a surgeon at the National Scientific Medical Center.
From 2010 to 2013, he served as a Manager in the Department of Medical Care Organization at the National Medical Holding.
From 2013 to 2017, he held managerial positions at the Republican Diagnostic Center.
From 2018 to 2022, he served as Head of a Division, Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Care Organization, and Director of the Department of Pharmaceutical Policy at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2022 to 2025, he held various managerial positions at the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since March 2025, he has been serving as Chairperson of the Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
