The Committee`s major task is development of public policy in the field of public service delivery, their optimization, automation and delivery based on one-stop shop principle. To implement this, the Committee performs coordination of government agencies` activities in the field of public service delivery as well as operation of information systems. Moreover, the Committee assesses the quality of online public services delivery, provides practical and methodological assistance to government agencies on issues relating to electronic document and digital signature, performs coordination of activities for “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation, controls operation of e-Gov Portal and Integrated Call Center (1414).
