On the extension of technical work in the Electronic Invoices information system

Dear taxpayers!

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that the technical work in the Electronic Invoices information system, which began at 3:30 p.m. on July 3, 2025, is extended until 6 p.m. The Electronic Invoices information system will not be available during the specified time period.

We apologize for the inconvenience!

At the same time, we inform you that due to the periodic unavailability of the Electronic Invoices information system on July 3, 2025, if necessary, taxpayers have the right to issue an accompanying invoice for the goods, Electronic Invoices and enter in the Electronic Invoices information system:

− a paper invoice on a carrier within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from July 3, 2025;

− an accompanying bill of lading for the goods, issued on paper within 3 (three) business days from July 3, 2025. However, penalties will not be applied.
