The State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan region informs taxpayers thatyou have the opportunity to promptly receive information on the blocking of your bank accounts, issues of accrual and arrears of local taxes, on issues of universal declaration, including reporting forms 250.00 and 270.00, as well as on bankruptcy issues of individuals in the Telegram messenger.  At the same time, a new service "Operational assistance on customs issues" has been launched since October 2024.

To get information, you need to search Salygbot, then go to the chat and select the topic of your interest from the menu. You can also contact the republican contact center number 1414, extension number (3), or the State Revenue office at your place of registration for clarification of tax legislation.
