📌 A round table was held in the State Duma of the Karaganda region

On September 23, 2026, a round table with participants in foreign economic activity and representatives of temporary storage warehouses was held under the chairmanship of the Deputy head of the Department of State Revenue for the Karaganda region, N.E. Muslimov.

During the meeting, issues of compliance with the requirements of customs legislation by the owners of temporary storage facilities, as well as the use of navigation seals for tracking shipments were discussed.

The participants explained the legal requirements and liability measures, considered the procedure for applying and removing navigation seals, as well as issues of interaction between carriers and the national operator.

In addition, the participants identified a number of problematic issues, including the lack of an opportunity for employees of the CBH to promptly view the status of the declaration of goods in the information system.

Following the results of the round table, it was decided to send proposals to the State Revenue Committee to address the identified issues and improve the information system.
