📢 About conducting technical studies

In order to improve the knowledge and professional skills of the Department's staff, on June 25, 2026, the Customs Administration Department conducted a technical training on the topic: "Intellectual sovereignty of business as protection of intellectual property rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan."

The following issues were considered during the course of the study:

Protection of intellectual property rights;
The procedure for suspending the release of goods containing intellectual property objects;
responsibility for the illegal use of trademarks.

In addition, employees were given explanations on the practical application of legislation and answers to questions that arise during the work process.

Conducting such training events helps to improve the professional level of employees and ensure uniform application of legislation.
