Chairman of the Board, Doctor of Economic Sciences. Speaks English and French.
Holds the rank of Envoy Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the 2nd class.
Previously served as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Singapore, New Zealand and Australia (2019-2022).
Has extensive experience in the financial, corporate and public sectors. Worked in various positions at the National Agency for Foreign Investments under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty Trade and Financial Bank, Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan and Kazpost JSC. Was head of the Kazakhstan Agency for Regulation of "Rating agency of regional financial center of Almaty" (RFCA).
Awarded the Order of Kurmet (for services to the development of the economy, social sphere, science and culture, education, for exemplary service in state bodies and active public activity) and the Order of Parasat (for a great personal contribution to the development and multiplication of the spiritual and intellectual potential of the country). Has over 30 scientific publications. Took part in a special training program, under the Provision of the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Japan.
