Information seminar on changes in the civil service

At the Department of State Property and Privatization of Almaty, the chief specialist of the Personnel and Legal Work Department, Aigerim Kanatovna Ukertayeva, conducted an informational seminar on changes in the public service sector.

The seminar clarified the following:

• changes in the procedure for entering the public service;

• stages of testing for knowledge of legislation and personal qualities (OLK);

• new requirements for public servants;

• competitive procedures and assessment mechanisms.

The aim of the event was to improve the professional qualifications of employees and familiarize them with current changes in the public service sector.
