Meeting with graduates of the Taraz Regional University named after M. H. Dulati

        In accordance with the letter from the Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2026, No. KGIP-02-KG/596-I, and in order to develop a mechanism for employing the best graduates of higher educational institutions in the bodies of the Ministry of Finance, the Zhambyl Department of State Property and Privatization, together with the Department of State Treasury for the Zhambyl Region, organized a meeting with graduates of the M. Kh. Dulaty Taraz Regional University.

      During the event, the Deputy Head of the Zhambyl Department of State Property and Privatization - Ethics Commissioner Shertayev Kurmangazy Rakhymzhanovich and the Deputy Head of the Department of State Treasury for the Zhambyl Region Bukhashev Zhazylbek Ashkeuly introduced the graduates to the specifics of public service and spoke in detail about the activities of their departments.

      Currently, our country desperately needs young specialists with new thinking, proficient in digital technologies, and, most importantly, willing to serve their country and native region faithfully. Our Department is the main state body in the region, carrying out processes of managing state assets, optimizing republican property, as well as privatizing confiscated and state property.

      Graduates who have completed a higher educational institution with a GPA of at least 3.33 can be appointed to entry-level public service positions without a competitive selection process. This opportunity is primarily aimed at supporting talented youth, attracting a new generation of personnel to the state apparatus, and strengthening human resources potential in the regions.

      This not only simplifies the path for young people to enter public service but also gives them the opportunity to start working in their specialty earlier. For state bodies, this, in turn, is an effective tool for attracting educated and motivated specialists with a new vision.
