Lecture on the topic "The Norm of the Creative Process" at the Atyrau Department of State Property and Privatization of the KGIP MF RK

On April 9, 2026, T.A. Adilbekova, Deputy Head of the Atyrau Department of State Property and Privatization of the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, delivered a lecture on the topic "Normative Creative Process" for participants of the retraining courses for civil servants who were appointed for the first time to the position of state administrative head of the "B" corps at the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Atyrau region. She also shared her experience in this area, providing examples from real cases. 

In turn, T.A. Adilbekova, during her years of work in the central office, was recognized as the winner of the "Best Employee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" competition in the "Normative Activity" nomination.
